My recent stay at Hotel Angelis was quite an experience. The day began with eager anticipation as I made my way to the cozy breakfast room for the buffet spread. However, a curious twist delayed the breakfast by a hour, leaving me puzzled but intrigued. Nonetheless, the wait was worth it as the culinary offerings were a delightful fusion of traditional Czech flavors and modern twists, a reflection of the vibrant surrounding gastronomic scene.Despite the delayed start, the free breakfast buffet's variety and quality certainly set a high standard for the day ahead. The ambiance, subtly infused with local music rhythms echoing from Music Bar Phenomen nearby, added a distinct charm to the morning ritual. As I soaked in the flavors and ambiance, I couldn't help but plan my gastronomic adventures to nearby eateries like Na Valentince and Dog's Bollocks Restaurant, all within a short stroll from the hotel.Hotel Angelis not only offers a comfortable stay but also serves as a culinary gateway to the diverse tastes of Prague.
